This webinar was hosted by Sujit Thomas Zachariah. He is the founder and CEO of Nifty Window, a leading hyper-local discovery and online-to-offline conversion driving platform for brands with brick & mortar presence. Sujit leads strategy, product management and business partnership efforts at Nifty Windows. Prior to co-founding Nifty Window, he was a Product Director at Yahoo! US, where he led merchant experiences across Yahoo! Small Business and Yahoo! Local. He holds a MBA from Yale University and a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from State University of New York at Buffalo.
He discussed about the implementation aspect of 3C’s by sharing that after the data is put into place a lot of monitoring needs to happen. Data monitoring helps in optimization, products you should / should not carry. Thus, the problem needs to be solved. So, he suggested to build the stack of your own or partner with others for better customer acquisition.
